A 16 yearold school girl reported that eleven classmates sexually abused her, on Friday 16 during a free period of the first year of middle school ‘Scarso Felix Pesce’, in the city of Rivadavia, 60 miles east of the capital city Mendoza.
The girl reported the fact to the police station and said that the multiple rapes occurred on that same day, when a group of students locked her in a classroom during a free period, denigrated and abused her on the teacher’s desk.
The case is labeled as “aggravated sexual abuse” and the authorities of the institution described the issue as “very sensitive” for which they will expel two students.
That Friday, at 5pm she went alone to the classroom to advance work and apparently was followed by some of her companions, two of them stood guarding the door.
At that time, some took their wallets and asked how much she charged for being with them. She tried to leave but was stopped and throun over the desk. Immediately, the victim began to call for help, but children touched and forced her to spread her legs.
The episode ended when a friend of the victim entered the classroom and threatened to tell the governess what had happened.
All the children involved were taken to the police station, where they had to testify, and some had to stay there overnight.
A lawyer for the students stated “facts are not like the girl said, there are fifteen witnesses who confirm that”.
