Starting Monday, those cited by Maradona will join the coach to start the practices to play against Euorpe’s ultimate champion.

Maradona summoned Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain, Fernando Gago, Sergio Aguero, Maxi Rodriguez, Nicolas Pareja, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Mariano Andujar, Esteban Cambiasso, Fabricio Coloccini, Jonas Gutierrez, Javier Mascherano, Carlos Tevez, Gabriel Heinze, Angel Di Maria, Pablo Aimar, Martin Demichelis, Sergio Romero and Cristian Ansaldi.

Meanwhile, striker Diego Milito today called for the continuity of his compatriot Diego Maradona as head of the national team.

“With him we won our last World Cup and only Diego (Maradona) can show how to wear Argentine’s shirt”, Milito told the Italian newspaper “La Stampa”.

Asked about Maradona’s criticism on the media after the two albiceleste’s qualifications for the World Cup in South Africa-2010, Milito said: “These things happen when the heartbeat is rushing, when you play for everything. In this situation everyone has their own way of reacting and it can not be concealed.”
