Gabriela Viagran’s mother, a month after the police found the bodies of her daughter, Gabriela, grandchilds, Pilar (3) and Candelaria (6) and her son-in-law, Fernando, said on Saturday that they must ‘investigate whether in the accident was involved a car from the police or not and if that was the reason why it took 24 days to find the bodies, which were on the side of Route 31 a few miles away from Pergamino’, where the family was heading in their car.

She also requested ‘the resignation of members of the Security Ministry of Buenos Aires and the prosecutor in the case’ and warned that ‘will do an investigation on her own, with private detectives’.

Maria Cristina said “I’m still very sore, I see my daughter in every place of my home, but now I’m going to speak to the justice. I had been blinded because of pain, but now I feel like she’s telling me not to remain quiet. “

And added that ‘the case is proceeding slowly “and that “the car was disarmed because they are doing investigations with it” and asked for “a deep investigation in the case. There is a story that says that my daughter’s car was crashed by a car from the police. That’s why they covered everything. I want to investigate.”

Mrs Robert will make her dennouncment with a new lawyer to the attorney Karina Pollice from Pergamino, and hired private detectives because she “doesn’t believe in anyone.”

Gabriela’s mother firmly stated that “It’s a shame what they did. Does anybody care about my daughter and my granddaughters?. They have to resign” referring to Undersecretary of Criminal Investigation, Paul Starc, and the prosecutor Pollice.

Adding that “Starc told me that they were working, but that were all lies. He came here and assured me that there were 4 thousand troops looking for them.”

And about the fiscal Pollice she confirmed that “is totally dissatisfied with the conduction of the case, because she dismissed the hypothesis of the accident, she thought that my daughter could be kidnapped and appear somewhere alive.”

About the police officers who were removed said that “they continue to work in another place”
