The doctor Christopher Rogers did on August 31 a correction to the death certificate in which he determined that the cause of his death. The certificate shows a ‘homicide case caused by the acute narcotic medication Propofol’.
According to some anonymous sources ‘the prosecution is making an accusation against Michael Jackson’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, for ‘involuntary homicide’.
Murray, already had to hire a lawyer for their defense if charges are assigned to the case, and could become the only defendant after the lawyer Michael Flanagan excuse the nurse who was wrongly accused by overdose Propofol.
Murray’s lawyers started to develop a defense against the affidavit of the police, where he admitted that he gave Jackson several drugs, among which is the Propofol, hours before his death’.
A source close to Jackson’s family, said on Sunday that “they have their faith in the police. We want to close this case properly arresting the man who we believe is the person responsible for Michael’s death’.
And that “We want the details of what happened to Michael in his last hours. We want the documents which show what drug was injected to Michael and what happened in his last moments of life.”
