For Berlusconi, immigrants equals criminals
Italian President Silvio Berlusconi said that reducing the arrival of immigrants would mean “fewer forces that will join the ranks of criminal organizations”.
In Reggio, Calabria, a southern city of the country where took place a meeting with ministers to approve an anti – mafia plan.
According to Berlusconi, to manage and repatriate immigrants from Africa should be the Coast Mediterranean countries job. But the economic costs of these efforts should be everyone´s in the continent.
“In February I will discuss this problem in order to make the EU take charge of reimbursing the costs”, he said.
