The members of the Bicameral Committee – Vice President Julio Cobos and kirchnerist Deputy Gustavo Marconato - agreed today on advising the Executive on Redrado’s dismissal on Tuesday.
“Everything points at meeting again on Tuesday and surely we’ll have a resolution for the afternoon,” said the Vice President. His vote alongside those of Marconato and Prat Gay, will define the decision to be taken regarding the Central Bank’s chief, Martin Redrado. The government insists on receiving the advice as soon as possible.
Cobos confirmed the date later, after leaving the committee’s meeting, and he said that he only has to give the grounds for the decision. “We have secured a constitutional procedure that is prescribed by law,” he said.
In turn, the radical expressed that “there is a fairly deep evaluation, which exceeds the NUD (which left out a Redrado).
