Roger Waters sent a support letter to Chile after the quake catastrophe
Roger Waters, Pink Floyd’s iconic bassist and vocalist, sent an extensive, emotional letter to Radio Futuro to express his support for the Chilean people after last Saturday’s earthquake.
Before the catastrophe endured by Chile, Waters did not mince words to let his friend, Hernan Rojas – from Radio Futuro -, know what he thinks of all the relief networks that hav emerged.
The recently sent letter by former Pink Floyd frontman describes his impact about those affected. The letter reveals a mixture of support and harsh criticism of the political system on disasters. Waters offered an anonymous donation.














It’s things like this that he does that truly makes him amazing. I love that he uses his star power for the right reasons. I know he has a reputation of not being a very nice guy but it’s things like this that make me feel that he is missunderstood
