President signs decree vetoing bill that reduces export taxes on grains


President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner and her ministers, signed the enactment declaring an agricultural emergency in 37 districts of Buenos Aires province. But, the article providing for the elimination of export duties in 22 districts and their reduction in 15 others, was vetoed.
