The head of Hospital Italiano gave a new medical report on Sandro’s health. Miguel Nicolas reported that the artist will begin to breath without the ventilator and ensure that the progress he’s making is still very good.”

Sandro’s donor was a a 22-year-old who last Thursday 19th entered the guard of Hospital Italiano from Almagro with a gunshot wound in the head and although doctors tried to revive him, they declared he had brain death.

Yesterday, at about 19:00 Olga’s daughter, Manuela, was seen entering the Hospital Italiano. Sandro’s wife, Olga, remains at his side as she always did. By dawn Manuela left the hospital and she just said: “Thank you all for being here. We must be patient.”

After five hours, Sandro’s surgery ended successfully. “The organs are functioning properly in his body,” said Dr. Miguel Nicolas. Anyway, there are 72 hours of risk and no less than 40 blood donors will be needed.
