An Argentine citizen died after his car tumbled down in the waters of the Carreta Quemada creek , in the district of San José, Uruguay.

A heavy storm caused havoc in Punta del Este, department of Maldonado and Rocha with wind gusts from 80 to 120 kilometers per hour and heavy rains.
