The National Chamber of Criminal Appeals today rejected appeals by former commanders Domingo Bussi and Luciano Menéndez, against the ruling that in 2008 sentenced them to life imprisonment for the disappearance and death of Senator Guillermo Vargas Aignasse in Tucuman in the early morning of the 24 March, 1976 coup.
